Our client is a well-established engineering firm located in beautiful Land o' Lakes, Florida. As their new principal geotechnical engineer, you will play an integral part in leading and developing their growing business while working on exciting projects across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams through all phases from proposal development to final completion
- Develop relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support
- Assist with business development activities such as marketing proposals and presentations
- Provide technical guidance on complex design issues
- Mentor junior staff members
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Geotechnology.
- Minimum 10 years experience performing similar duties.
- Possess Professional Engineer (PE) License required; LVI license preferred but not mandatory

In addition to meeting the above qualifications, candidates must demonstrate proficiency within these skill areas:
