Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Lead the design process, translating client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing educational spaces.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and educational facility standards.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to integrate their specialized input into the overall project documentation.
- Stay abreast of local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements applicable to educational facilities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed of project developments and to address any concerns.

Key Qualifications:
- 5-25 years of experience managing projects
- Revit experience preferred
- Architectural License preferred
