Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build a high-performing project team.
- Oversee the entire project life cycle, from inception to post-project review.
- Monitor and manage financial aspects of projects, ensuring budgets and time lines are met.
- Lead a team of 20 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align project goals with business objectives.
- Adapt and respond to changes in project direction, ensuring seamless transitions and continued progress.
- Drive business growth, aiming for significant increases in project volume and value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial monitoring.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of professionals, with a focus on people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
