Currently partnered with a large, nationwide Mechanical Contractor that are looking for an experienced Project Executive.

My client is a Mechanical Construction firm with offices in the US. They've recently had an influx of projects come through and are looking to recruit for various positions. A large portion of the work they receive is Industrial and Commercial, but they do work on Educational, Residential and Healthcare projects also.

Job Summary
The Project Executive will oversee and be responsible for managing supplies and resources, construction activities of projects and client/project development. The Project Executive will also supervise schedules, quality, safety, budget/P&L and project performance to ensure the safe and successful delivery of given projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead and direct project teams, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with company goals and client expectations.
Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor financial performance.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing strategies to minimize potential issues and maximize project success.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects meet or exceed quality standards, and implement best practices to enhance overall project delivery.
Team Development: Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years' Experience as Senior Project Manager or 5+ years as an Project Executive leading Industrial or Commercial projects.
- Proven track record of leading Large teams of 30+
- Demonstrated soft skills - Communication, Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, Time Management, Teamwork, Adaptability, Interpersonal
- Experience leading projects from up to $100M, Precon to Completion
- Past experience overseeing P&L
- Must be open to travel US wide
