The ideal candidate should possess expertise on SAFETY protocols and LVI systems.
Other key competencies include:
SAFETY - The individual must be knowledgeable about safety regulations required during construction work. This includes risk assessments taking into account all aspects related to employee health & safety measures.
LVI - A thorough understanding of low-voltage installations (LVI) is essential when dealing with sensitive infrastructure like buildings that require special attention regarding power distribution networks.

Role Overview:
As a project leader at our prestigious architectural firm located in Frankfurt am main Germany , you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale building design initiatives simultaneously whilst collaborating closely with clients throughout every phase-from initial meetings where goals are established up until final delivery upon completion.
Key Responsibilities Include but not limited too :
* Leading teams charged ensuring efficient use resources across various departments including Engineering Designers Draughtsmen etc..
* Ensuring compliance standards according local requirements/regulations concerning planning permission procedures; permits approvals process implementation follow-throughs necessary legal documentations getting signed off by respective authorities such as Building Control offices Fire Marshal Office Environmental Protection Agency Etc..,
* Managing budgetary constraints set forth by each specific contract negotiated between parties involved any given particular build-out site location .
* Communicating effectively both externally (with stakeholders suppliers subcontractors vendors consultants independent contractors )internally( amongst colleagues direct reports superiors peers subordinates).
Qualification Requirements / Experience Needed / Skills Desired :
To excel In this position one would need :
-Qualified architect registered/licensed per international recognized governing body preferably having worked previously minimum five years post-registration practice field .
-Successful track record delivering high-quality results time-sensitive environments consistently meeting exceeding targets objectives metrics specified contractual agreements;
Ability seamlessly integrate latest CAD software platforms technologies available market optimize efficiency productivity levels without compromising quality output delivered end-users
