We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join their Richmond team! Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Lead and manage architectural projects across various sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Cultural, Civic, and Museums.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Client Interaction
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout project lifecycles.
- Understand and address client needs and expectations, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
3. Team Collaboration
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within the project team.
- Coordinate efforts between architects, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
4. Revit Expertise
- Possess strong proficiency in Revit, utilizing the software to enhance project workflows and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on Revit-related tasks.
5. Quality Assurance
- Ensure the highest standards of design and construction documentation.
- Conduct quality reviews and implement corrective measures as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager in the Healthcare, Education, Cultural, Civic, or Museum sectors.
- Proficiency in Revit is a requirement.
- Registered Architect is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
