Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in Australia.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong background in design processes and reviews, with the ability to provide technical guidance.
- Prior project experience in roads, highways, motorways, earthworks, environmental, and various other disciplines.
- Proposal writing and bid tender management is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead and coordinate project design activities, collaborating with internal design teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and regularly report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise in design processes, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project compliance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
