As the project manager, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of complex projects on time, within budget and with high quality standards. You will be joining a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to providing excellent services to clients in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be expected to plan, organize and manage resources effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- As the project manager, you will manage relationships with stakeholders involved in the project including clients, contractors & vendors.
- Additionally, you will be required to develop detailed schedules using software.
Qualifications Required:
- We are looking for someone who has experience working as a commercial or industrial Construction Project Manager in Atlanta Georgia.
- The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferably related to Civil Engineering/Construction Management field.
- In addition, the candidate should have at least 5+ years of proven experience managing large-scale healthcare construction Projects.
- A candidate with a relevant master's degree or certification will have an added advantage.
