Introductory Paragraph:
Our client is looking to hire an experienced project manager with 5-10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our clients' projects including bridge, highway, excavation work and more.
Qualifications:
To qualify as a project manager at this firm we require that candidates possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
2. Minimum five (5) years' experience working on large scale infrastructure/heavy civil engineering/construction projects
3.Strong communication skills both written & verbal
4.Ability to read plans/drawings/blueprints/specs etc.
Skills:
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities demonstrated through their ability to do tasks such as
1.Managing multiple complex concurrent assignments while maintaining quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines;
2.Lead teams focused on consistent delivery by continually prioritizing team resources based upon changing priorities; effectively communicate status updates across stakeholders levels from peers up-to senior management level.;
3.Building effective relationships between cross functional groups which include internal staff/teams/vendors/subcontractors/client representatives/key stake holders;

Salary/Benefits :
