We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead their Powerline Transmission and Distribution projects from start to finish. This position involves managing resources, strictly enforcing safety regulations, ensuring work quality aligns with contract standards, adhering to budgets and timelines, and building strong relationships both within the company and with external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the General Foreman and Construction Manager to plan and schedule every aspect of the projects.
- Supervise Administrative Assistants involved in related projects.
- Compile Weekly and Monthly Construction Progress Reports, covering Financial Reporting and Forecasting, Progress Updates, Schedule Changes, Quality, Safety, Environmental Concerns, and Project Risk Identification.
- Oversee project scheduling, logistics, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and staffing levels.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of high voltage construction or project management experience
- Ability to work on site on a rotation
