Position: Heavy Civil Project Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Salary: $125,000- $185,000 + Bonus(s)

Responsibilities: As a Heavy Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including:
- Leading project teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Communicating effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Experience Needed: The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Qualifications Needed:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in the Seattle area.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project budgets and control costs.
