Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Environmental Project Manager, The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in the environmental consulting industry, with a strong focus on conducting and managing Phase I and II ESA projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and oversee Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports and recommendations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff and clients on environmental assessment and remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to environmental assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, with a significant focus on Phase I and II ESA work.
- Professional certification PE preferred.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within budget and schedule constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex environmental data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interface with clients and stakeholders.
