As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful projects and contributing to the continued growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and budgets. Coordinate project activities and resources effectively.
Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project updates, expectations, and milestones clearly and proactively.
Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and financials. Implement cost-effective measures and monitor expenses to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality projects by implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes. Conduct regular inspections and assessments.
Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure collaboration and high performance. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the electrical or energy sector.
