Project Manager for Water/Wastewater Projects in South Bend, Indiana
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled project manager to oversee water/wastewater projects in the vibrant city of South Bend, Indiana. As our client's new project manager, you will have the opportunity to lead major infrastructure projects that are vital for ensuring reliable access to clean drinking water and effective wastewater management. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification within civil engineering
- Professional registration (P.E.)
- At least 10 years' experience as a successful team leader on complex design/build/operate contracts
Skills:
Project Management Skills - You should be able demonstrate your ability manage multiple teams effectively across all aspects of planning.
Budget Control - Able track budgets throughout each stage with accuracy while being proactive towards any potential issues that may arise
Technical Expertise - Demonstrated knowledge surrounding both Wastewater & Water Treatment processes would give candidates an advantage
Responsibilities Include but not limited too;
* Leading technical meetings with clients,
* Managing multi-disciplinary professionals working directly under them including engineers from different disciplines; process designers;, environmental scientists;
* Developing cost estimates associated bills-of-materials take-offs
* Preparing proposals / bids
Salary: $120000
