As a Project Manager, you'll take on a pivotal leadership role within the Water/Wastewater business in the Atlanta region. You will lead and manage high-impact water infrastructure projects, ranging from multimillion-dollar initiatives to strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing efforts, strategy development, and prospect identification.
- Prepare proposals and present to clients, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Be responsible for setting new business objectives and ensuring overall project success
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships.
- Shape business strategies, market plans, and client engagement initiatives.
- Ensure successful project delivery through proactive management of project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee project performance and financial management.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring project activities run smoothly.
- Provide leadership to engineering managers, aligning efforts to achieve performance milestones
- Mentor and develop your team, providing guidance and career growth opportunities.
- Play an active role in recruiting and building a strong, effective project team.
The Team
You'll be joining the Government & Environment business unit, which provides cutting-edge solutions and integrated services for critical infrastructure and environmental projects globally. The team partners with utilities and government agencies to modernize water systems, optimize asset use, and help clients achieve their goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 15+ years in water/wastewater projects with a strong leadership track record.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; Professional Engineering License is a must.
- Skills: Expertise in project management, financial oversight, and contract negotiation.
- Location: Familiarity with the Atlanta market is a plus.
