SUMMARY
Our company is seeking an experienced "Sr. Seller-Doer" Principal Remediation Consultant who is entrepreneur-focused, comes with a book of business with already exceptional client/contacts, and has a proven track record of selling and doing large programs of work (ideally, but not limited to within the Northeast region of USA, including major metropolitans such as Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, New York City, Boston, Jersey City, etc. Expectations include a passion to grow a business, manage and mentor staff, and provide exceptional service to clients. RESPONSIBILITIES
- They will also provide technical support at our existing operations and future expansion across the region
- This role is responsible for ensuring strategy and operational tactics are executed by providing technical support for existing operations and future expansion across multiple facilities within their region
- The REM sends clear, concise and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing
- The REM uses program and environmental regulatory knowledge and demonstrate this expertise when working with teams throughout the United States
- The REM will deliver a strategy for execution across multiple businesses supported by your leadership team
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of successful business development and sales experience
- 10+ years of delivering projects or running programs within the Environmental Remediation disciplines, including Occupational Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, air, water, waste compliance, etc
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales and market share growth strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and drive sales
