Title: Regional Practice Lead - Pittsburgh
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as the Regional Practice in Pittsburgh. This permanent position offers an attractive base salary of $160000+.
Role Overview:
The Regional Practice Director is responsible for providing leadership to an assigned practice within the region. This includes building a strong, diverse team of professionals to meet established goals. The individual in this position possesses knowledge of the region's business climate, is active in regional industry-related organizations, and recommends client pursuits, and expansion or retraction within the region. The Regional Practice Director is responsible for the success of the regional practice, and establishes trusting, collaborative relationships with the practice's leads across regions, other Regional Practice Directors, and business development staff. With limited exceptions, the incumbent will be based within their assigned region.
Skills:
1,Minimum 10 years of management-level experience in a relevant field.
2. Registration or certification in relevant field.
3. Bachelor's degree in applicable major.
4. Demonstrated leadership and team building skills.
5. Knowledge and strong understanding of region with an ability to assess market trends.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong business development skills, including experience building and maintaining client
relationships and an understanding of consulting services business
8.Professional Engineering License (PA)
