Sales Operations Specalist
Introduction
Our client, a solar module manufacturing company, is seeking to hire a Sales Operations employee for their San Antonio office. My client is a leading module manufacturer company for utility, commercial, and residential use across North America. They are looking to bring on a talented, dynamic individual who will add value to their growing presence in the US. This role will be responsible for responding to customer support inquiries, sales operations support, gathering customer feedback to improve processes, products, and operations planning, assist with incoming purchase orders and assign internal designates for tracking, gathering information for sales and track inventory availability and shipping schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support inquiries regarding product support.
- Sales operations support across the various sales teams and verticals.
- Gather customer feedback to improve processes both internal and external, products, and operations planning.
- Assist with incoming purchase orders and assign internal designators for tracking.
- Gather information for sales, looking at competition in the market, tracking performance indicators.
- Track inventory availability and shipping schedules.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Some knowledge of SAP and ERP systems
- The ability to directly interface with a variety of individuals and vendors
