My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to work remotely with their team. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the successful execution of live events. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively with our team members to deliver exceptional live event solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Develop and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and creative to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful event delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure necessary resources and services.
- Attend project meetings and provide strategic input and support to team members.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and deliver exceptional live event solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations within the live events production industry.
- Strong knowledge of live event production processes and industry trends.
- Proven track record of driving sales and managing client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Experience working remotely preferred.
