We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join our dynamic Brisbane team. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Review and analyze building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians and other team members.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing technical expertise and insights.
- Utilize advanced software tools for design and documentation - proven Revit expertise.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architectural technician, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant architectural software.
- Comprehensive understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff is preferred.
- Based in Brisbane.
