If you are an experienced Environmental Compliance professional looking to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, we have a great job opportunity for you.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for preparing environmental compliance reports that meet local, state, and federal regulations (such as RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA). You may also need to travel to various client locations across the US to perform environmental compliance audits or assist clients with specific environmental compliance tasks.
You will also need to prepare plans for stormwater pollution prevention (SWPPPs), spill prevention control and countermeasure (SPCC), and hazardous waste contingency (HWCPSs). Additionally, you will be required to prepare environmental permit applications for air emissions, stormwater discharges, and wastewater discharges.
At the same time, you will be responsible for managing projects while mentoring junior-level staff. You will need to ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive action is taken to address non-conformance at client sites, assist with labor/material estimates and proposals, and provide clients with project management, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive project work when required.
To be considered for this job, you must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field, and at least seven years of experience in the environmental field. You should possess strong consulting and problem-solving skills, and it would be great if you were a Licensed Professional Engineer.
We would prefer if you have experience in various areas such as SPCC requirements, EPCRA 312 and 313 reporting, hazardous waste requirements, air emission source permitting, stormwater/wastewater (NPDES) permitting, and compliance auditing.
We are looking forward to hearing from you!
