Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee estimating efforts and support project and corporate management
- Review and finalize estimates
- Participate in client and management presentations
- Provide contract and change order support
- Manage department functions
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of estimating, contracts, and construction
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Experience in heavy civil and utility construction preferred
- Familiarity with HCSS Heavy Bid Software required
