Position Overview: As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing geotechnical engineering projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality geotechnical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage geotechnical investigations, analyses, and design projects.
- Conduct site assessments and provide expert advice on soil and rock mechanics.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and innovative solutions.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Prepare and review geotechnical reports, proposals, and specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend ground improvement techniques and foundation designs.
- Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
