Salary: $105,000- $125,000 + Bonus(s)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT license in the state of Washington is a plus but not required
- Proven experience in heavy civil engineering design and construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis tools.
Experience:

- Previous involvement in client interactions and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering aspects of heavy civil construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop detailed engineering designs, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers to establish project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members.
- Conduct engineering analyses and simulations to ensure project feasibility and compliance.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies as needed.
- Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
