Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in industrial hygiene practices. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive industrial hygiene programs to safeguard the health and well-being of our workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive industrial hygiene assessments to identify and evaluate workplace hazards.
- Develop and implement effective control measures to mitigate exposure to hazardous substances.
- Conduct exposure monitoring, air/mold/asbestos/lead sampling, and noise assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to management and employees on industrial hygiene matters.
- Review and interpret data to prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve the company's industrial hygiene programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, or related field.
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial hygiene.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
