Are you an experienced construction professional looking to join a successful, high-performing renewable energy company? Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Start Up and Commissioning for their wind, solar, and energy storage projects. As the Senior Manager reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Pre-Construction and Construction, you will provide strategic leadership in mitigating risk by proactively identifying potential issues during start up while ensuring all operational requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tactical leadership throughout start up & commissioning phase
- Facilitate interconnection deliverable/testing
- Support field teams through project page-turns/training/inspections
- Consolidate/calculate costs impacting start ups phases
- Develop relationships with internal departments/stakeholders
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should have at least 10 year's experience working within industrial or utility-scale construction planning/execution.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business technology-related fields would be preferred but equivalent work experiences can also apply.
- Ability to travel

Other Requirements:
This position requires travel approximately 25 percent plus depending on Company needs/projects; ability to communicate effectively/proficiently read/write English instructions furnished either verbally/in writing; able to understand safety precautions when necessary under adverse weather conditions while on site conducting inspections/site visits.
