- Collaborate with various teams, including electronic security technicians, IT professionals, and other stakeholders, to ensure the seamless integration of electronic security solutions.
- Foster effective communication and coordination among team members to achieve project success.
- Conduct risk assessments related to electronic security systems and develop mitigation strategies to address potential vulnerabilities.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or system performance.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure the proper installation and functionality of electronic security systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures related to electronic security systems and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Security Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as PSP, CPP, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing the implementation of electronic security systems, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic security technologies, standards, and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, including scope definition, resource management, and risk mitigation.
