We are representing a leading geotechnical and environmental firm with offices across the US. They cover a wide range of markets including Transportation, Residential, Industrial, Commercial and Municipal projects.
They are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager for their office in Dallas to assist with their key projects across Texas. This position enables someone to further develop their career and grow professionally into a key figure in the geotechnical scene across the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage geotechnical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and track project performance.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Oversee site investigations, data analysis, and preparation of geotechnical reports.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Foster client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
- Strong technical knowledge of geotechnical principles, soil mechanics, and foundation design.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in geotechnical software and Microsoft Office Suite.
