Position Highlights:
As a Senior Project Manager in the Civil Engineering Practice, you will be responsible for the day to day project management on several different projects. You will supervise the execution of projects, oversee the design process, and coordinate with the design team. You will have an opportunity to expand your portfolio by working on exciting, high-profile, and complex projects. In addition to working on a variety of projects, you will partner with the Director to develop strategies for technical excellence, engagement, and growth.
The Civil Engineering practice is focused on Site/Civil Land Development Engineering projects in a variety of sectors: Mixed-Use, Healthcare, Higher Ed, Residential and more. Our work includes grading, drainage, erosion control, utilities, stormwater, site planning, and permitting for development projects across NC. Ideally, this position will be performed in Raleigh or Charlotte, NC; however, they are open to applicants across North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
In this exciting new role, you will be leading the efforts to bring quality design to life. This position will involve all aspects of civil engineering, as well as client relations, team management, financial, and business development responsibilities. This job might be for you if:

- You can respectfully collaborate with Studio Leader, client, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timeline. Additionally, monitor utilization rates, labor summaries, and coordinate scope and pricing changes.

- You have extensive experience working on commercial, residential, campus, and/or urban projects
- You have excellent writing and communication skills as you will coordinate and collaborate with employees, team members, clients, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in civil engineering, with advanced knowledge of civil engineering principles and methods
