Position Overview:
The Senior Scheduler will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of scheduling, playing a pivotal role in optimizing organizational efficiency. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and collaboration with various departments to streamline workflows.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive scheduling strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction / Engineering advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in scheduling, project management, or a related role.
- Ideally heavy civil experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading scheduling initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (P6) and project management tools is essential
