Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Civil or Environmental
- Minimum of 10 years' experience managing large-scale water/wastewater infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer License required
- Strong knowledge of LVI (Low Volume Instrumentation)
