Position: Service Lead - Electric Vehicles Charging Systems (EV)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Overview: As a Service Lead specializing in Electric Vehicles Charging Systems (EV), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the service operations specifically geared towards EV systems in Thailand. This position requires a strong foundation in electrical engineering with hands-on experience in EV or other large-scale power converter systems. Your responsibilities will include leading a team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, technical expertise, and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
Perform a diverse array of technical tasks concerning electric vehicle charging systems, encompassing installation, commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of customer equipment and systems, among other responsibilities.
Actively engage in technical design and development to improve service offerings.
Assume leadership as the primary trainer for electric vehicle charging system services throughout ASEAN.
Uphold the highest level of service competence within the region.
Deliver remote and on-site support to customers based on service level agreements, providing end-user assistance for any emerging issues.
Supervise service level agreement activities, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team optimization.
Determine task priorities, schedule actions accordingly, and ensure streamlined task management.
Support and ensure optimal functionality of electric vehicle charging systems for charge point operators, accommodating fluctuations in order volume.
Contribute to or directly manage activities associated with estimating, planning, and reviewing technical tasks to support project acquisition, negotiation, planning, and management.
Strictly adhere to relevant processes and regulations.
Qualifications:
Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in field service related to electric vehicle charging systems or power converter systems (e.g., significant experience with solar inverters or battery installation).
Proficient in both English and Thai languages, facilitating effective communication across all organizational levels.
Demonstrate robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Display a customer-centric approach with a proactive willingness to assist others.
Ability to influence and empathize with remote teams.
