Role Overview:
As the Construction Manager for this reputable firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction site multiple projects from conception through to completion. You'll need excellent project management skills as well as experience working on big projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- In your role, you will oversee complex construction projects and ensure coordination and scheduling.
- Cost and schedule controlling, always keeping an eye on possible construction delays.
- You continuously coordinate with our purchasing department regarding material requirements on the construction sites and the approval of incoming invoices
- Careful documentation of the construction process, e.g. daily construction reports and construction diary.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- 3+ years experience as Construction Manager
- Technical background - Architecture or Civil Engineering / Construction
- Experience of LP 1-9 HOAI / VOB
- Experience working on residential, mixed use, office, or logistics projects.
