The team is currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented GeoStructural Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our growing team. This position requires a professional who is responsive, innovative, respectful, collaborative, and reliable in their approach to their work.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, management, and execution of complex geostructural projects
* Assist with business development activities, showcasing an entrepreneurial mindset
* Develop innovative and cutting-edge engineering scopes of work and cost estimates
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multi-location internal and external teams, fostering a respectful and collaborative environment
* Provide reliable oversight during design and construction phases
* Field work and travel may be required
Minimum Qualifications:
* Master's degree or higher in civil/structural engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
* At least 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience in structural and/or geotechnical engineering
* Strong technical skills in a range of geostructural analysis and design applications
* Solid theoretical background in computational mechanics, soil and rock mechanics, soil-structure interaction
* Understanding of the basis of finite element and/or finite difference analysis
* Geotechnical computer modeling capabilities
* Current Professional Engineering or Structural Engineering license is required
* Desire to perform business development and engage in client relationship-building
* Basic understanding and working knowledge of AutoCAD
* Excellent oral and written communications skills, positive attitude, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Effective time management, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to balance multiple concurrent tasks, responsibilities, and commitments
* U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required. No visa sponsorship will be provide
