Position: Heavy Civil Superintendent
Location: Seattle, WA
Salary: $120,000- $180,000 + Bonus(s)

Position Overview: As the Heavy Civil Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects in the Seattle area. Leveraging your experience and leadership skills, you will lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on supervisory roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience in scheduling, coordinating, and supervising field crews and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Qualifications Needed:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- OSHA certification and other relevant certifications preferred.
