- This is a Team Lead position where you will have much more ownership over the team than a Senior Project Manager. You will have much fuller authority over and accountability for client relationships, team goals, and development, including hiring, firing, training, contract negotiation, and overall team success.
- While the entire company is eligible for annual performance bonuses, at the Team Leader level, eligibility for quarterly incentives based on team performance comes with added accountability. This is where we can start seeing employees' yearly performance-based compensation out-do their base salary on successful teams.
- Normally, employees are eligible for their Associate's Program after 5 years with the company, which starts them on the path of becoming a shareholder, though, with new hires that come in at a high level (such as this), they would like to see that process expedited with the right culture fit and high performance.
