They have land, site and municipal groups but are looking to supplement their single-family residential team to help facilitate consecutive years of 30% growth!

Requirement:
- PE License in TX
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- 8+ years of experience in single-family development
- Motivated, driven, and ambitious.
- Experience in grading, erosion control, drainage design, stormwater management, roadway design, AutoCAD Civil 3D, water and sanity sewer.
- Able to lead a team of younger EITs, drafters and designers and PE's
- Based in Houston, TX

Description:
As a Project Engineer you will assist in a range of phases of development on single family projects ranging from 100 to 2,000 acres in size. Your will work with a Project Manager and mentor, as a key member of their team and coordinated with the production department. Gradually, you will take up Project Management responsibilities with a focus on pushing your development as an Engineer.
