Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing queries regarding the company's power products,
- Troubleshooting equipment remotely and on site.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify issues and address client queries
- Update knowledge database used by all technical support representatives
- Plan and prepare site work and scheduling
Job Requirements:

- Bilingual in Japanese and English
