Responsibilities:
- In accordance with the company's operational development goals, comprehensively plan the customer service strategy and system for the Asia-Pacific region department.
- Handle major or bulk product quality issues leading to emergencies.
- Plan, development, establishment, and training of the after-sales team in the regional department, supervising and managing the network system of customer service.
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the department's annual and quarterly work plans, as well as training plans.
- Responsible for coordinating with marketing strategies to provide service models for key and major clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in providing technical and aftersales support
- Technical understanding of relevant products in the renewable energy industry
- Experience with team management
