The Transmission Line Design Engineer II - Senior will be responsible forโฆ
- Provide expert engineering support to assigned group
- Manage projects safely, compliantly, and cost-effectively
- Lead project work plans, informing supervisors of major developments
- Serve as a technical representative in public and corporate settings
- Mentor and provide direction to staff/contractors
- Ensure safety and adherence to industry standards in designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, offering technical assistance and solutions
The Transmission Line Design Engineer II - Senior should have the following qualifications:
- Mature engineering knowledge and adherence to standards required
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- Strong PLS CADD experience
- Minimum 7 years of progressive engineering experience
- Thorough understanding of business acumen, Cooperative financial structure, and plans
- Proven negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
- Proficient in presenting technical information to diverse audiences
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving abilities
