Our client is looking to hire an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager (PM) for their permanent position located in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience working within the water/wastewater sector and possess excellent project management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil/Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer license
- Knowledge of New England regulations related to wastewater treatment facilities.

1. Leadership - Demonstrated ability to lead teams with diverse skill sets towards common goals while fostering a positive work environment.
2. Communication Skills - Excellent verbal & written communication abilities that can be used when dealing with clients as well as team members throughout projects life cycles.
3.Technical Expertise- Ability to manage complex technical issues involving design drawings review , specifications development etc..
4.Project Management Experience - Proven record managing multiple tasks simultaneously including planning resources effectively
Responsibilities Include:
* Oversee all aspects of assigned water/wastewater engineering projects from initiation through delivery on time and budgeted costs;
* Work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales teams, engineers/drafters/designers/project managers/engineering support staff/suppliers/subcontractors/vendors/etc., ensuring effective collaboration across departments/divisions/functions;
* Manage scope changes by evaluating impact against cost/time schedule constraints which may result due differing site conditions,
environmental factors affecting construction activities;
Salary Offered : $100,000 - $150,000+
