Seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Indianapolis
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to take on the role of Water/Wastewater Project Manager. This permanent position offers competitive compensation starting at $120,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of water/wastewater projects from design through construction
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field along with 7+ years experience managing large-scale water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
Skills & Knowledge:
Candidates should possess expertise in using software for hydraulic modeling such as InfoWorks ICM. Additional desired skills include strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills both written and verbal; conflict resolution capabilities; attention-to-detail mindset while being able to meet tight deadlines under pressure are essential traits required for this job opening.
