Location: Wilkes Barre, PA or Bethlehem, PA
My client is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager with 5 to 15 years of experience to join their growing Water Resources team. The successful candidate will use their expertise and technical knowledge in planning, design, construction, and client service to successfully execute water, wastewater, and stormwater-related infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the design and technical development of infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
- Manage projects from planning and design phases through construction completion, ensuring they meet established budgets and schedules.
- Prepare construction documents, including plans and specifications.
- Develop project cost estimates and schedules.
- Provide supervision, technical direction, and expertise to a team of design engineers and technical staff.
- Coordinate multi-disciplined engineering teams.
- Oversee the work of CAD staff.
- Support or lead the preparation and development of proposals and strategic client pursuits.
- Manage client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater planning, design, and construction administration as a lead design engineer or project manager.
- Strong team leadership experience or proven potential, including managing project delivery expectations, task prioritization, and mentoring.
- Current PE license in PA is a plus.
- Excellent technical skills in water, wastewater, and stormwater practice areas.
- Must be able to pass a background check post-offer.
