Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage water and wastewater projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Supervision: Oversee project teams, including engineers and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to specifications, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience designing on and managing water/wastewater projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or the ability to obtain one within a year.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a successful track record.
- In-depth knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and technologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
