Position Overview:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years with a focus on water treatment plant projects.
- Proven success in managing projects exceeding $100 million in scope.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certifications preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of water treatment plant design, construction, and operation.
