A regional, ESOP Consultant is seeking an experienced Senior Bridge Lead to join their Structural Group. With a strong background in structural engineering, particularly in the Western US, you will play a pivotal role in the design and technical delivery of bridge projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and analysis of bridge projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure technical project delivery meets high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate project requirements and constraints.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering professional development within the team.
- Conduct structural assessments and provide expert recommendations.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 15 years of structural engineering experience, specifically in bridge design and analysis.
- Proven experience in the Western US.
- Strong technical skills with a focus on project delivery.
