One of our top clients is seeking a highly skilled Wet Utility Superintendent to join their team in Corona, California. As a key member of their organization, you will oversee all aspects of pipeline projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and materials procurement, to meet project objectives effectively.
- Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to promote a culture of safety excellence.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project challenges and achieve project goals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in pipeline or wet utility construction, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role as a foreman or superintendent.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
