About the Role
As the Geotechnical Department Manager, you will:
- Lead the establishment of a new office in Tampa, including hiring and mentoring staff.
- Serve as the face of the firm to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects, including:
- Shallow and deep foundation design
- Vertical and horizontal infrastructure
- High-rises, stadiums, and transportation projects (DOT and private)

Requirements
- 7+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Florida
- Strong technical background across a broad range of geotechnical scopes
- Eagerness to lead in a management role while remaining client-facing is a strong plus
