Project Manager (Exterior Restoration / Building Envelope)
Location: Memphis, TN (Fully Remote with Travel as Needed)

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a dual role across sales and project management, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to win and deliver exterior restoration and building envelope projects.
You will be trusted to operate with a high level of autonomy while being supported by a collaborative, nationally recognised team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships across the Memphis market and wider region
- Identify and win new project opportunities within exterior restoration and building envelope scopes
- Manage projects from preconstruction through to closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and repeat business
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Travel to project sites as required across the region

- Experience in exterior restoration, façade, waterproofing, roofing, or related building envelope scopes
- Background in project management, with exposure to client-facing or sales responsibilities
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage both relationships and project delivery
