Role Overview:
The Sales Project Manager will oversee concrete repair and reconstruction projects from planning through completion. This role requires a deep understanding of building envelope systems, construction defect repair, and project coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead restoration projects including scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, RFIs, and change orders.
- Conduct site visits and supervise field operations.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in restoration or defect repair.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing, building envelope systems, and structural restoration.
- Familiarity with construction litigation processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
- OSHA certification and PMP designation preferred.
